Some home meets the club runs again and again are a series, like Friday Night Heights. Each meet in it is a normal meet: you can register for just the ones you want. A meet in a series shows "Part of Friday Night Heights · #3 of 6" with links to the meets before and after it. On the Meets page (Schedule) the series is one block with its meets listed inside it.

Register for one meet

Under the series' Register for all N meets button, Or register for one meet: lists each meet with its own price (for example "$25 ($10 members)", or Free) and Register for #1 (on a narrow phone just Register). The form then says "Friday Night Heights #1 only" with the date, so you know it covers that meet alone. While series entry is on sale it also links Want all N? Register for the whole series. The rest is the same as any home meet: see Entering a home meet.

Series entry: register for all the meets at once

Series entry registers your athlete for every meet left in the series with one form and one payment.

  1. Tap Register for all N meets (it shows the number of meets and the price; both meets when 2 are left) on the series block of the Meets page or on the series page (tap the series name on a meet). Members: open a meet of the series in Meets and tap Register for all N meets next to your athlete.
  2. Fill in the entry form once: the division, heights, affiliation, the fun questions and the waiver. Every meet uses the same answers, and the waiver is signed once.
  3. Review & pay shows one line, "Series entry", with the price for all the meets. Pay to confirm every spot.

The series entry price is the member price when your athlete has an active program, otherwise the non-member price. When the series has price rules and the meets would cost less one by one (for example free for your athlete's training group), you pay that instead. Discount codes don't apply to series entry.

Good to know:

  • Series entry is sold from when sign-up opens for the next meet until shortly before it starts (usually 24 hours). After that, it covers the meets that are still left.
  • If one meet is full, your athlete goes on that meet's waitlist. If a spot opens, series entry already covers it.
  • Withdrawing from one meet doesn't refund part of the series entry. If the club cancels a meet, that meet's share comes back as account credit.
  • Non-members: pay soon. An unpaid series entry gives all its spots back after the hold time.

The leaderboard

The series page shows each athlete's best cleared height across the series, by division, once the club enters the marks after each meet. To leave your athlete off it, open Family → the athlete → Settings → Videos & profile and turn off Show this season's marks on the club PR wall and game leaderboards: they're left off the leaderboard too. See PR key chains, PR videos and the PR wall.

FAQ

We already registered for one meet. Can we still use series entry? Not while your athlete is registered for one of the meets it covers. Register for the other meets one by one instead.

Where do I see the entries? Each meet shows in Meets and on the Calendar, like any other meet.
