Private lessons
One-on-one time to fix the one thing holding your jump back.
How it works
- Book a private session on the calendar in VaulterHQ.
- Agree the rate with your coach: lessons are paid to the coach directly.
- Need another time? Message the coach: weeknights and weekends may be possible on request.
One coach, one athlete
A private lesson is your coach's full attention on your jump: every run, every plant, every adjustment.
High school season (IHSAA)
Can my athlete train with a club during the high school season?
Yes. Practicing with a club during the season is allowed. The IHSAA rules limit what school coaches do, not clubs.
What about Sundays?
IHSAA Rule 9-13 bans school practices on Sunday, and a school's coaches can't give lessons to their own team members on Sunday during the season. The rule covers schools, not clubs: the IHSAA's own guidance says athletes may take part in a club practice on Sunday (its example is a swimmer at a local club).
